A tour of the downstairs rooms and their historic and architectural features

12.00: How Napoleon came to Chislehurst, introducing the Strode mystery and a brief outline of the families time and impact on Chislehurst

12.20: Walk to the Imperial Monument (opposite Camden Place) and the outside features of the building

12.40: Recent history: how the Common’s Conservators helped create a golf club in Chislehurst.

Time to look at the artworks and ask questions.

1.00 pm Tour finishes but we are pleased to invite visitors to enjoy refreshments and food purchased from our Club bar
